Yes. Charitiflow is fully managed — hosting, deployments, CDN, SSL and infrastructure are all handled for you. You focus on fundraising; we handle the tech.

Can we use our own domain?

Absolutely. You can connect any custom domain. We handle DNS configuration and SSL certificates as part of the onboarding process.

Can we connect Stripe?

Yes. We integrate directly with your own Stripe account so donations flow straight to your charity. We never hold donor funds.

Do you support Islamic charities?

Yes, we have specific experience working with Islamic charities and understand the unique fundraising needs including Zakat, Sadaqah and Ramadan campaign workflows.

Is hosting included?

Yes, hosting is fully included in all plans. There are no separate server or infrastructure costs to worry about.

Do you support PayPal?

We currently focus on Stripe (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) for the best donor experience. PayPal support is on our roadmap.

Can multiple team members access the CMS?

Yes. All plans include multi-user access with role-based permissions so your entire team can collaborate safely.

Can we migrate from another platform?
